The Evanger's and Keshet crew (and a few customers)! We were so excited to have the kids show customers what they produced! This event took place at Pet Supplies "Plus" in Highland Park.Tune in to watch Evanger's on NBC's 5:00 broadcast! NBC news filmed Evanger’s Dog & Cat Food Company's work with the Keshet School’s Vocational Program. This program provides individuals with developmental disabilities a real-world career experience and responsibilities that may otherwise not be available to them.
In this program students receive an introduction to the workplace and are able to see their own project through from start to finish. We have been working with Keshet for 4 years, and are so happy to be able to continually provide them an opportunity to work with us. We love the joy this brings the students and their families, and are excited to see the process captured on film!
