A Unique Twist on Evanger's Foods - DIY TREATS #2

Joanna Faber recently shared her homemade recipe by combining Evanger's 100% meats with other ingredients to make delicious cookies and treats. Her last batch sold 80 bags, in which the profits help create and sustain paw park areas in Kentucky. Joanna's new Thanksgiving Recipe is a great way to say thanks to your dog, or dog's friends:

DUCK AND CRANBERRIES
Ingredients:
2 cans of EVANGER'S 100% DUCK
2 cups of pureed fresh cranberries
2 eggs
1/3 cup bone meal (optional)
1 cup ground flax seed
5-6 cups whole wheat flour (enough to make a dough to roll out)
1 can (14 oz) of chicken broth
Cooking directions for Duck & Cranberries (by Joanna Faber):
Roll out on a floured surface.
Cut with cookie cutter shapes and bake at 350 for 30 min
Bake longer if you want crisp cookies
STORE cookies in refrigerator or freezer
